GETV and SAM vaccine were co-injected subcutaneously into the hind feet of 6-10 week old female IFNAR-/-, Rag-/-, and C57BL/6J mice. Feet were harvested at various time points, and had RNA sequenced by bulk RNA-Seq. RNA-Seq data were interrogated to determine if recombination between the GETV genome and the SAM replicon could be detected.
