Study on the effect of microbial agent M44 on straw decay promoting

Microbial composites are an important means of optimizing soil quality and maintaining microbial activity. However, straw degradation efficiency is limited due to low temperatures in northern winters and the complex chemical composition of the straw itself. In order to explore the straw degradation efficiency of composite microbial agents and the effect of composite microbial agents on soil microorganisms. Therefore, in this study, we constructed a microbial composite microbial agent M44, which was obtained from the pre-screening of the group, and utilized it to degrade corn stover in the soil, as well as its effects on the bacterial communities.
