Social-RDH-Bench v1.3.1 (patch on Plan-2 / v1.3.0): adds the manifest↔Exp2–4 reconciliation helper and reviewer notes. Parent pixel release: 10.5281/zenodo.21462991. Added: 05_scripts/reconcile_manifest_vs_core_splits.py, 00_docs/README_MANIFEST_RECONCILIATION.md, bucket CSVs (13 950 SNS paths → 13 500 Exp2–4 core; 450 outside). Unpack this patch alongside the v1.3.0 bundle (or use the inherited files on this record). Combinatorial *_stego/ trees are not redistributed—regenerate locally with 05_scripts/embed/. Accompanies a Sensors submission on SNS RDH evaluation-contract / failure modes (article DOI TBD).
