Raw Mass Spectrometry data for Artemisia annua Flavonoid Profiling

Samples from _Artemisia annua_ from two different locations. All samples were prepared at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in LC-MS grade methanol with 1 μm chlorpropamide (Stanta Cruz Biotechnology, Dallas, TX, USA) as an internal standard. Ultra-high Pressure (UP) LC-MS data were acquired using an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) with an electrospray ionization source coupled to a Vanquish UHPLC system (Thermo Scientific). Injections (5 μL) were separated by reverse-phase UPLC using an Acquity BEH C18 column (150 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm particle size (Waters Corporation, Milford, MA, USA)) held at 55 ◦C with a flow rate of 100 μL/min.
