A 325-meter ice core was drilled on the summit plateau of Mount Logan in May 2022 to provide a record of North Pacific ocean-atmosphere variability. The thinning-corrected annual accumulation record, derived from the upper 257 meters of the core, spans 19122020 CE and reveals unexpectedly high accumulation rates, averaging 3.0 meters water equivalent per year.
