In total, 177 newborns were longitudinally followed up. Skin microbiome samples were collected at four different time points (day3, 1 month, 4 months and 6 months) after birth and clinical diagnosis (atopic dermatitis, food allergy and antigen-specific food sensitization) was determined when the infants turned 1 year of age.
