Using a network analyzer for measurement, the analyzer is connected to the RF probe via a high-frequency transmission cable to achieve high-fidelity signal transmission. In the test, the operating frequency range of the vector network analyzer is set to 0.1-26.5 GHz, with a sample point count of 201 and a port impedance configured to 50 Ω.
