4D Wheat Tier 3: Exome capture of a collection of Triticum and Aegilops species

Exome capture was performed by the Centre dexpertise et de services Genome Quebec (Montreal, QC, Canada) on genomic DNA of 144 Triticum and Aegilops accessions using the Roche Nimblegen Seq Cap Custom capture array. Shotgun DNA library preparation was performed using KAPA with PCR (Roche). The libraries were pooled into two pools of 72 libraries each and each pool was sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 S2 lane using paired-end 100bp.
