Juvenile monocytic leukemia is an extremely complex disease, which is difficult to diagnose, difficult to treat.Our study is the first to show that the promoter of CFTR is hypermethylated in JMML by whole genome bisulfite sequencing. Survival analysis indicated that CFTR may be a new biomarker for the prognosis of JMML.Our study provides references for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of JMML,which provides a basis for further more comprehensive follow-up studies and it would be beneficial to further urther investigations.
