This dataset comprises 100 time points (5 ms exposure each) of blood‐flow imaging in Tg(gata1a:DsRed) zebrafish hearts, serving as an exemplar for 4D reconstruction via light‐field microscopy. In the “code – LFM” folder, you will find our parallelized adaptation of “oLaF – a flexible 3D reconstruction framework for light‐field microscopy” (Stefanoiu & Page) for high‐throughput 4D volume reconstruction. The script two-side boundary tracker with blue and red.py implements dual‐side boundary tracking on 2D optical sections of the beating heart. For more explanation, please see the README.txt file.
