RNA sequencing of 2-200-2 and 2-200-2-S4 S. cerevisiae strains, under different ethanol concentrations

RNA sequencing of fermentations in GPY and the addition of 0%, 6%, and 10% of ethanol strain.We inoculated the fermentations with the S. cerevisiae strain: (i) 2-200-2, which presents three copies of chromosome III made by Voordeckers et al. (2015) and (ii) 2-200-2-S4 which is a derivative of 2-200-2 that has been deleted one chromosome III (Morard et al., 2019)We sequenced the RNA at two times (1 and 10 hours) for each fermentation in triplicate.
