Transcriptome Profiling of Ginsenoside Metabolites to Identify Estrogen Receptor Alpha Activity

20(S)-Protopanaxadiol (PPD) and 20(S)-Protopanaxatriol (PPT) are major metabolites of ginseng in humans and are considered to have estrogenic activity in cellular bioassays.
