存储全省价格认定专家信息，对价格认定标的属性特殊、专业性强，难以采用价值价格法、市场法、成本法和收益法进行价格认定，以及价格不取决于成本，其艺术价值、科学价值、历史价值等方面差异悬殊，可比性差的价格认定标的的价格认定，价格认定人员可以选择咨询专家意见的方式去完成价格认定工作。
This dataset stores the information of provincial-level price appraisal experts. For price appraisal targets that feature special attributes and high professional complexity, making it infeasible to perform price appraisal via the value-price method, market approach, cost approach and income approach, as well as targets whose price is not determined by their production cost and whose artistic, scientific and historical values differ drastically with poor comparability, price appraisal personnel may consult expert opinions to complete the price appraisal task.
