THE EFFECT OF BISPHOSPHONATES ON BONE REGENERATION IN PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE MYELOMA

This study analyzes the clinical efficacy of bisphosphonates (zoledronic acid) in managing bone destruction associated with multiple myeloma, highlighting their role in both inhibiting osteoclastic resorption and stimulating reparative bone regeneration. The findings confirm that bisphosphonate therapy increases bone mineral density and significantly reduces the risk of pathological fractures. These conclusions demonstrate the strategic importance of this therapy in preventing complications and enhancing the quality of life for patients.
