Observation Frequency vs Object Frequency: An Imaging Analysis

Any physical measurement is the result of one periodic sampling process interacting with another periodic process. Abandoning the traditional assumption that "measuring instruments are neutral," this paper systematically analyzes four fundamental relationships between the measurement frequency fm and the object frequency fo: high-frequency phase-locked, high-frequency free-running, low-frequency phase-locked, and low-frequency free-running. We point out that the "objectivity" of measurement results is a stable projection under phase-locked conditions, while free-running conditions directly lead to the uncertainty principle and the origin of measurement ambiguity. This paper provides a phenomenological foundation for the "measurement as resolution" viewpoint in World Quantum Theory.
