Supplementary information for the article entitled "Beyond fishing: exploring the traits diversity of landing fishes in the Azores" by the authors Eudriano F.S. Costa, Gui Menezes and Ana Colaço. Histograms of simulated and standardized differences calculated between local and coastal fishing in each functional diversity metric for combined trait modalities (fold:1_Histograms_Local_Costal_Combined_Modalities), across functional modality (fold: 2_Histograms_Local_coastal_by_Modality) and across decade pairs (fold: 3_Histograms_Local_Costal_Decade_Pair). P-vales indicate the significance of the difference between fishing types for each metric. The p-value was calculated as the proportion of simulated differences (diff(Local-Coastal)) values that were greater than absolute value of the observed difference (diff(Local-Coastal)).
