Phylogenomic reconstruction of Microtus arvalis. Microtus arvalis

In this study, we take a genomic approach to investigate the evolutionary history and divergence of the deep evolutionary lineages in Microtus arvalis. We use here data from an AFLPseq experiment to investigate different strategies for handling heterozygous SNPs and study their impact on phylogenomic estimates of tree topology, relative branch lengths and divergence times, which are the main focus of many evolutionary analyses among closely related organisms.
