RNA-seq results in the kidney of male tubule-specific Apela knockout mice treated with renal I/R injury

To understand key pathways and regulatory genes in male tubule-specific Apela knockout mice treated with renal I/R injury Overall design: male tubule-specific Apela knockout mice and their age-, sex- matched control mice were treated with bilateral I/R injury. For each experimental group, two biological replicates of RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq. Each sample consists of a pool of RNAs extracted from inguinal adipose tissue or brown adipose tissue of 3 different mice.
