食用农产品中镉含量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区食用农产品中镉含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断食用农产品中镉含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因镉残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对某区域内40余种食用农产品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 5009.15-2014,采用纸片法对食用农产品中镉含量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出镉的测结果,通过GB 5009.15-2014对食用农产品中镉含量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,食用农产品中镉含量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;食用农产品中镉含量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
Cadmium content in edible agricultural products has long been a concern of consumers. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the cadmium content indicators of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District. Based on the test data, we can determine whether the cadmium content in edible agricultural products meets the food safety production standards, avoid food safety incidents caused by excessive cadmium residues, provide regulatory basis for regulatory authorities, and further protect consumers' food safety. Samples of more than 40 types of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District were collected. According to the National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.15-2014 (Determination of Cadmium in Foods), the paper strip method was used to detect the cadmium content in the samples, which were then brought back to the laboratory for testing, and the cadmium test results were screened out. The cadmium content standards for edible agricultural products were evaluated against GB 5009.15-2014 to assess their edible safety. The qualified rate of cadmium content in edible agricultural products = number of qualified sample items / total number of tested samples. The test results of problematic items in the safety evaluation of cadmium content in edible agricultural products can be used as a basis for safety evaluation in the food industry, providing technical support for targeted regulation by regulatory authorities.
