资源简介:
Agriculture has modified the structure of the soil through the application of external factors and processes that exert determining effects on microbial biodiversity. In order to study the microbial diversity of soil, metagenomics is a fundamental tool because delyvers information on microorganisms that cannot be isolated in culture media or that are no longer viable. In this work the preliminary results of 16S metagenomic sequencing of six soil samples obtained in agroecosystems of central and northern Argentina are reported. Copiotrophic bacteria (Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria) predominated and one of the samples had a predominance of an oligotrophic Phylum (Acidobacteria). These results are consistent with those observed in other agroecosystems in which traditional management is applied and provide new contributions about the constitution of microbiomes of Argentine soils outside the Pampean region. Finally, we analyzed the most common genera with relevant species in agronomy, not only beneficial but also the pathogenic, and their abundance and diversity in the sequenced samples.
