Canis lupus and Canis lupus familiaris Metagenome

We compared the metagenomes of fecal microbes from wild wolves, captive wolves and domestic dogs with the help of high-throughput sequencing technology. This provides an evidence for studying the coevolution and mutualism of mammals and their gut microbes.
