RNA-seq of Symbiodinium sp.

This dataset comprises transcriptomic profiles of Symbiodinium sp. under controlled UV-B irradiation conditions to assess gene expression responses. A total of 15 samples were collected, representing five experimental groups, each with three biological replicates:1. Control group (0 hours): Samples collected at the initial time point without any UV-B exposure.2. 10-hour non-UVB group: Samples cultured for 10 hours without UV-B exposure.3. 10-hour UV-B group: Samples exposed to UV-B irradiation at an intensity of 5.7 kJ/m2/h for 10 hours.4. Post-UVB recovery group (7 days): Samples exposed to UV-B irradiation (5.7 kJ/m2/h) for 10 hours, followed by a 7-day recovery period in culture.5. 7-day non-UVB group: Samples cultured for 7 days without UV-B exposure.Total RNA was extracted from each sample and subjected to high-throughput transcriptome sequencing.
