资源简介:
In pancreatic cancer, classical and basal-like subtypes are identified as two major PDAC subtypes. For instance, basal like subtype is identified with mesenchymal gene signatures and associated with poor prognosis, whereas classical subtype is associated with expression of epithelial gene signatures, displaying a better prognosis. In this study, we aimed to understand the regulatory programs of PDAC subtypes. This data can be utilized in combination with available database of classical and basal like cell lines to analyze the master transcription regulators and lineage-restricted gene signatures in human PDAC. ATAC-seq was applied in basal-like (PANC1 and MiaPaCa2) and classical (CAPAN1 and CAPAN2) cell lines.
