The spatial frequency of climatic conditions affects niche composition and functional diversity of species assemblages: the case of Angiosperms

The three "Data" files contain the data used for the statistical analyses in the manuscript. The three files have the same data but at three different spatial resolutions (cell size = 20 km by 20 km; 50 km by 50 km; 100 km by 100km).The file "Tree_traits" contains the trait data for the selected species.The file "uscbio50xy" contains Chelsea climate data for the continental US (1x1 km resolution).The file "usglobc50" contains Chelsea climate data for the continental US (50x50 km resolution).The file "Script_data_anaylses" shows an example R code to reproduce the analyses done in the manuscript. <br>
