Alzheimer disease is structural and functional disorders of the human brain been described. Fibrillar amyloid proteins are accumulated inside neurons as neurofibrillary tangles. These proteins also accumulate in the extracellular portion as amyloid plaques. These changes are associated with advanced disruption and loss of neurons that are responsible for uploading and information management. Trimethyltin poisoning is the cause of mood, cognitive and disorders in humans and rodents. Trimethyltin is an organ tin neurotoxin that causes selective degeneration in the nervous system such as the hippocampus. Probiotics have good positive effects on the host and have antioxidant properties. One of the most important probiotics is Lactobacillus is found in dairy products. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of exercise and Lactobacillus planetarium on memory and learning in trimethyltin-depleted alzheimer's rats.
