Genome-wide identifiation and comparative analysis of grafting-responsive mRNA in Rosa rugosa var. grafted with Rosa multiflora ‘Innermis’

when Rosa rugosa var. as scion (Rr_scion)and R.multiflora ‘Innemis’ as stock(Rm_stock) was grafted, the growth and development of the scion and the stock increased. To gain a better understanding of grafting mechanism effect on the Rosa plants, we performed a genome-wide transcription analysis using RNA sequence data of the scion and the stock.
