Various peritoneal and splenic B cell subsets from C57BL/6 mice will be obtained by FACS, RNA isolated, and the IGHV amplified. These samples will undergo next-generation sequencing to characterize the antibody repertoire of each subset and to be able to compare the different antibody qualities among different B cell subsets.
