Input data for https://github.com/CCSB-DFCI/TF_isoforms_paper

The input data for the code at https://github.com/CCSB-DFCI/TF_isoforms_paper which generates the figures in the preprint "Widespread variation in molecular interactions and regulatory properties among transcription factor isoforms" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.03.12.584681v3). This data directory is just to reproduce the analysis and figures. Both the biorxiv and github host the supplementary data tables which contain the original data in a cleaner format than these files.
