Single-cell RNA sequencing of neurogenic bladder resulting from pelvic nerve injury in rats

Neurogenic bladder (NB)-induced fibrosis is the major cause of irreversible bladder dysfunction, yet the underlying mechanisms remain undefined. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on bladder tissues collected from rats following bilateral pelvic nerve injury, and characterized the alterations in the bladder microenvironment post-injury.神经源性膀胱（Neurogenic Bladder, NB）诱导的纤维化是不可逆膀胱功能障碍的主要致病诱因，但其潜在发病机制仍未阐明。本研究对双侧盆腔神经损伤大鼠的膀胱组织开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing），并解析了损伤后膀胱微环境的变化特征。
