Factors impacting tech IPO market according to U.S. professionals 2021

Based on a survey conducted among 300 U.S. technology and life sciences investment professionals in January 2022, both technology executives and technology investors stated that the impact of COVID-19 on investor enthusiasm was the most influencing factor in the technology IPO market in 2021. The least significant factor affecting the technology IPO market was valuation corrections for technology executives, with 17 percent, whereas it was decreased investor liquidity for technology investors, with 23 percent.
