16S rRNA sequencing of Brassica napus-associated bacterial community

Study purpose: This project focuses on characterizing the composition, diversity, and potential functional roles of bacterial communities associated with Brassica napus (rapeseed), including samples from different tissues (e.g., rhizosphere, phyllosphere) under various growth conditions.Data type: Paired-end 16S rRNA gene sequencing data (V3-V4 region) generated via the Illumina platform, covering raw sequence files of rapeseed-associated bacterial samples.Methods: Sample collection -> Total microbial DNA extraction -> PCR amplification of 16S rRNA target region -> High-throughput sequencing -> Bioinformatic analysis (OTU clustering, taxonomic annotation, diversity assessment).Significance: The dataset provides insights into the rapeseed microbiome, supporting the development of microbiome-based strategies to enhance rapeseed yield, disease resistance, and environmental adaptability.
