Code for A Structural Microsimulation Model for Demand-Side Cost-Sharing in Healthcare

We model health expenditure distributions for age-gender categories. The analysis is based on individual level expenditure data that is not freely available and hence which we cannot publish. But the data is accessible to researchers via Vektis (https://www.vektis.nl/).
