资源简介:
This thesis develops a new method to turn liquid medicines into fine, consistent droplets for inhalation. It uses tiny vibrating structures on a chip to gently create aerosols, making it suitable for fragile drugs like proteins and mRNA. The system delivers medicine directly to the lungs with high precision and minimal waste. It works well even with thick or sensitive formulations that current inhalers struggle to handle. This research supports safer, more effective treatment of lung diseases and could improve delivery of vaccines and advanced drugs using simple, portable devices tailored to individual patient needs.
