scRNASeq Data of Tcells in psoriatic skin and healthy skin and TCR analysis of Treg sorted from Psoriatic skin

Psoriasis (PSO) is an autoimmune inflammatory skin disease. To better understand alterations within the T cell compartment, we profiled T cells from PSO and healthy control skin via scRNASequencing and analyzed via TCRseq Treg profile expressing or not our target gene. Overall design: scRNASeq of T cells sort-purified from enzymatically digested skin of biopsied psoriatic or of healthy control skin
