Dataset for Impacts of diffuse pressure complexes complicate conservation and management of benthic marine habitats

Dataset related to the article "Impacts of diffuse pressure complexes complicate conservation and management of benthic marine habitats". Datasets shared in this repository include pressure clusters as decribed in the article, and used data and data sources are described in the article. This repository also contains R scripts for replicating similar analyses for (1) diffuse pressure models, (2) identifying pressure clusters based on pressure models, (3) calculating eutrophication profiles of pressure (and pristine) clusters, and (4) calculation of impacted habitat types based on pressures.
