We report the comparison of normal vs proximal tubular cell specific CrAT heterozygous knockout kidney cortex by sequencing analysis Overall design: CrAT was deleted in proximal tubular cells of mice using Cre/Lox technology (Ggt -CRE). First generation of Heterozygous mice were used. Mice were aged out to 12-15 months. RNA was isolated by the TRIzol method, libraries and sequencing were done using a Lexogen/Illumina platform.
