Data set for 'TiO2 photoanodes with exposed {0 1 0} facets grown by aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition of a titanium oxo/alkoxy cluster'

This data set gathers all the raw data that has been acquired for the preparation of the manuscript. It includes X-Ray diffraction (XRD), X-Ray Photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Uv-Vis, Time Resolved Microwave Conductivity (TRMC), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Raman spectroscopy, Photoelectrochemical measurements (PEC) and (Photo)electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (PEIS) measurements. Specifications of the data collection method (equipment, parameters) are explained in detail in the experimental section of the manuscript.
