⑨制造竞比看板：展示各分工厂效率、质量类数据竞比展示。基于产品制造数据的贯通：实现制造数据在“ 线体-工厂-总部-物流发运-客户”全流程数据同步可视，实现企业高效运营。
采集方案：每小时自动将采集的8工厂关键环节的代表数据进行汇总，后台通过智能分析算法自动核算各绩效指标数据后存入指标绩效表，通过Web网页及电子看板系统进行数据竞比展示。

This dataset covers data on daily production efficiency, quality, cost profit and loss, and other related metrics, and is divided into 9 major modules:

9. Manufacturing Benchmarking Dashboard: Displays benchmarking of efficiency and quality data from various branch factories. Based on the full connectivity of product manufacturing data, it realizes synchronized and visible manufacturing data across the entire end-to-end process of "line body - factory - headquarters - logistics shipment - customer", enabling efficient enterprise operations.

Collection Scheme: The representative key link data from the 8 factories are automatically summarized every hour. The backend automatically calculates various performance indicators via intelligent analysis algorithms, stores the calculated results in the performance indicator table, and displays the benchmarking data through web pages and electronic dashboard systems.
