This study performed single-trait and multi-trait GWAS models to identify candidate genes related to oil production traits in macauba. Genotyping was performed with SNP markers, following the protocol of genotyping-by-sequencing. SNP calling was performed usingde novo sequencing, the Elaeis guineenses reference genome and the macauba transcriptome sequences.
