Antarctica Survey Soil Sequencing

This sequencing data was generated to help describe the relationships between microbial diversity and ecosystem functioning across a collection of Antarctic soils from previously archived collections. Our study aims to describe the taxonomic diversity of the dominant microbial communities in these unique soil environments, and to make predictions about patterns of community assembly and function.
