This record contains the frozen reproducibility and evidence packagesupporting a study of risk-controlled electrochemical impedancespectroscopy parameter identification for lithium-ion batteries. Version 2.1.0 includes analysis scripts, configuration files, syntheticand measured-data evaluation outputs, out-of-distribution model-formand downstream analyses, NREL/DENSO measured-data materials, recordscovering 13 cells, distribution-of-relaxation-times clusteringrecomputations, threshold scans, and identifiability pre-auditartifacts. The archive is intended to support independent inspection andreproduction of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript.Instructions describing the package structure, execution environment,and metadata are included in the archive. Adds risk_controlled_eis_parameterization_v2_2_delta.zip: (1) hetero-model generation stress — official PyBaMM 26.7.1 (Chen2020) SPMe/DFN panels inverted by the frozen eight-arm ensemble, with scripts, manifest, verdict, and raw panels; (2) the registered single-MAP hand-off comparator for the locked transfer study — preregistration, rescoring scripts, per-run scores, and bootstrap summary (both registered expectations failed and are reported verbatim); (3) CORRECTION_realcell_claim_patterns.md, correcting a non-core descriptive generalization about measured-cell claim patterns (no numbers change).
