Data from: Evolutionary lineage diversity and population genetic structure of the iguanian lizard Anolis fuscoauratus across South American rainforests

Sanger sequence alignments of Anolis fuscoauratus (95 individuals) and outgroups (A. ortonii, A. tandai, A. trachyderma, A. scypheus and A. kemptoni), used in the paper "Evolutionary lineage diversity and population genetic structure of the iguanian lizard Anolis fuscoauratus across South American rainforests" (Systematics and Biodiversity). The dataset includes one mitochondrial locus (ND2 + tRNA-Trp) and four nuclear loci (DNAH3, MKL1, RAG1 and SNCAIP), provided as unphased alignments (ingroup only and ingroup + outgroups) and phased alignments (ingroup only, nuclear loci), plus a sample information table with vouchers, localities and coordinates.
