Minimal dataset for PONE-D-2304227. This dataset includes measurements of the IOLMaster 700 biometer and Casia2 tomographer before cataract surgery and Casia2 tomographer after cataract surgery, together with the power of the implanted lens and the postoperative refractive outcome. Data are anonymized to prevent backtracing.

This dataset contains measurements of eyes before and after catarct surgery including optical biometry data before surgery and anterior segment tomography before and after surgery. In addition, the power of the implanted intraocular lens and the postoperative refraction (manual refraction with trial glasses in a trial frame for lane distance of 6 m) are included. The data blocjs are mentioned in the first line. In the second line the field names are in accordance to the exported field names of the biometer or tomographer and specified in the respective manuals.
