Data and code used to extract chemistry metrics in the paper "Does stream discharge regulate chemistry in intermittent streams?"

The folder "Raw_data&Code_to_clean_data.zip" contains all raw data used in this paper along with the code used to clean, remove outliers and consolidate stream chemistry data.

The document "CQ_data_out_rem.txt" contains the cleaned outlier removed stream chemistry and discharge data.

"ASD022.csv" contains raw discharge data for the intermittent stream in N04D and was downloaded from Konza Prairie LTER data archives (https://lter.konza.ksu.edu/content/asd02-stream-discharge-measured-flumes-watershed-n04d-konza-prairie).

The code "get_konza_stream_chem_metrics.R" was used to extract the concentration-discharge metrics for this stream at different temporal scales and to compare concentrations during flow versus no-flow times.
