This dataset contains anonymized interview transcripts from the study "Readiness to Transform: Pioneer Farmers’ Motivations and Barriers for Adopting Paludiculture in Germany" (under review for publication in PLOS Sustainability and Transformation). The study is based on 18 in-depth qualitative interviews that explore farmers’ perceptions about adopting paludiculture as a sustainable land-use practice. The Health Belief Framework was applied as the analytical lens and guided the categorization of the data.
