Genomic epidemiology of Salmonella Kentucky from diarrhea patients, food, and environment in Henan, China

We present genomic epidemiology and antimicrobial resistance data for Salmonella Kentucky isolates collected during 2018 to 2022 in China. This will provided an opportunity to investigate the role of this zoonotic pathogen in the spread of AMR in the Salmonella Kentucky in China and global transmission.
