2000-2018年中国典型生态系统植物群落物种组成动态变化数据

该数据集涵盖了森林、草地、荒漠、沼泽自然生态系统2000年-2020年CERN长期定位监测的植物群落物种组成数据，数据集是从原始样方尺度通过再计算到样地尺度，统计样方数量、样方面积、植物种中文名、拉丁名和株数。森林生态系统台站包括从南到北共12个森林站（哀牢山站、版纳站、鼎湖山站、鹤山站、贡嘎山站、普定站、茂县站、会同站、神农架站、北京站、清原站、长白山站），草地生态系统台站包括2个草地站（海北站、内蒙站），荒漠生态系统台站包括6个荒漠站（策勒站、阜康站、鄂尔多斯站、临泽站、奈曼站、沙坡头站），沼泽生态系统包括2个台站（洞庭湖站、三江站）。

This dataset contains species composition data of plant communities in forest, grassland, desert and marsh natural ecosystems, which were collected via long-term in-situ monitoring by the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) from 2000 to 2020. The dataset was aggregated from the original quadrat scale to the plot scale through post-calculation, and documents the number of quadrats, quadrat area, Chinese and Latin names of plant species, and the count of individual plants.
The forest ecosystem monitoring stations include 12 stations spanning from south to north: Ailao Mountain Station, Xishuangbanna (Banna) Station, Dinghu Mountain Station, Heshan Station, Gongga Mountain Station, Puding Station, Maoxian Station, Huitong Station, Shennongjia Station, Beijing Station, Qingyuan Station and Changbai Mountain Station.
The grassland ecosystem monitoring stations consist of 2 sites: Haibei Station and Inner Mongolia Station.
The desert ecosystem monitoring stations include 6 sites: Cele Station, Fukang Station, Ordos Station, Linze Station, Naiman Station and Shapotou Station.
The marsh ecosystem monitoring stations have 2 sites: Dongting Lake Station and Sanjiang Station.
