This dataset is a revised version(version 2) of doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18395439. Data of samples Z40, Z45, Z49 and Z52 have been corrected. An open file in “1. Sampling locality data” are latitude and longitude data of sampling localities of the Ryoke Plutonic Rocks analyzed zircon U−Pb dating. An open files in "2. Isotopic data ver. 2" are revised isotopic data of zircon U−Pb dating of the Ryoke Plutonic Rocks in the eastern Kii Peninsula, AW Japan All open file data have been used in Takeuchi et al. (submitted to Geology of Nyu District. Quadrangle Series, 1:50,000, Geological Survey of Japan), Higaki et al. (preparing to submit to Journal of the Geological Society of Japan) and Li et al. (preparing to submit to Island Arc).
