RNA-Seq dataset a Matched Cohort of Long- and Short-term survivors of HGSC

This RNA-Seq dataset provides comprehensive transcriptomic profiles of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) tumors, focusing on a uniquely curated cohort (n = 24) of matched long-term and short-term survivors. The dataset was generated to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying survival disparities, with a specific emphasis on the tumor microenvironment, immune-related gene expression, and transcriptional regulatory networks.Samples were carefully matched based on clinical and pathological characteristics to minimize bias, and sequencing was performed with high depth and quality. The dataset includes raw sequencing files (FASTQ format) and processed gene expression matrices, accompanied by metadata detailing clinical information, sample characteristics.This resource is intended to support the ovarian cancer research community in exploring survival-associated transcriptomic features and discovering novel biomarkers or therapeutic targets.
