Whole-miRNome sequencing (WMS) of 279 tumor/normal pairs of cancer samples including 151 pairs of lung adenocarcinoma (LUN), 68 pairs of ovarian cancer (OVA), 31 pairs of colon cancers (COL), 23 pairs of basal stem carcinoma (BCC), and 6 pairs of renal cancer (REN) as well as 22 cancer cell lines. The sequencing panel includes 1849 miRNA genes, 28 miRNA biogenesis genes, and 10 control-cancer driver genes.
